Some time last week, I clicked on an email sent to me by Book Outlet. I, sometimes, find great deal of books on that site. I’ve bought a few Sarah J Maas’ various book store editions from there.
I’m always on the look out for more queer reads that I can add on my shelf and to my never-ending TBR list.
I found CS Pacat’s The Captive Prince Book 2, The Prince’s Gambit on Book Outlet and I was thrilled. I noticed there were only few copies left, the pressure was on for me to get it right away.
So, it’s sitting on my cart, ready to go. But my goodness, my frugal ass wants the damn free shipping! Lol. And off I went to look for more books to add just so I can meet the free shipping quota. It’s so dumb, I know. I’m spending more money than saving. But hey, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
I probably went through most of the website’s Fiction and YA selection, I was in search for signed copies and works of authors I truly love.
I ended up with some selections from YA, Mystery Thriller, a comic book about radio and a cute one for “my heart”.
Here are my latest book haul list:
The Prince’s Gambit by CS Pacat
The Lady’s Guide to Petticoats and Piracy by Mackenzi Lee
The Last Hope by Krista and Becca Ritchie
The Whispering Room by Dean Koontz
Power Game by Christine Feehan
Out on the Wire by Jessica Abel
Words and Your Heart by Kate Jane Neal
Persuation by Jane Austen
Do you collect paperbacks? Are you a sucker for “free shipping”? Where do you get your book hauls?
Am I going to have enough time to read all of these? 😆
