Top Ten Tuesday: Books I Wish I Could Read Again For The First Time

Writer's picture: AprilApril

Oh today's TTT prompt is a favorite of mine. There are some books that I truly wish I could experience reading them for the first time all over again. Most of these are fantasy books or paranormal books and they're all series so I'll just put the first book of each series. I love them all and I have fond memories of these books.

  1. A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas - oh my goodness, I remember being so enthralled from the very first page of this book. I remember just getting lost in this world and I remember really liking Tamlin. LOL.

  2. Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas - I started reading ToG series when I went home to the Philippines for a vacation. All I did for days was devour these books.

  3. Angel's Blood by Nalini Singh - I fell in love with Elena and Raphael and the whole series. The world Nalini built was so vivid in my mind. I need to catch up on the latest books.

  4. Magic Bites by Ilona Andrews - Oh I remember when I started reading Magic Bites and how the vampires in these books are SO not the stereotypical hot, sexy, fanged men. It was so out of the box, the whole series was. It was fascinating and I was hooked.

  5. Dragon Bound by Thea Harrison - Pia had me rooting for her from the very first page. I listened to the audiobook of this series and I really wish I could experience it the first time all over again.

  6. Burn by Suzanne Wright - Harper was so bad ass in these books, Knox was a goner. This series helped me coast through working for a crazy boss back then. Lol.

  7. Here Be Sexist Vampires by Suzanne Wright - Sam was my hero. She's my favorite heroine out of all of Suzanne Wright's novels.

  8. Some Girls Bite by Chloe Neill - Merit's adventures in Chicago and navigating her new life with the vampires, politics and Ethan was such a great read. I need to carve some time to read this series all over again.

  9. Him by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy - Oh WesMie. Who wouldn't want to savor this awesome series all over again..?

  10. A Ferry of Bones and Gold by Hailey Turner - My most favorite MM urban fantasy. The last book is about to be released soon and I'm not ready. I want to experience Patrick and Jono's shenanigans all over again. It's time for a reread before the last one comes out.

Which books would you want to read again for the first time?

I read very little fantasy, so I haven't even heard of most of these. I'm glad you love them, though!

Happy TTT!
