This week's Top Ten Tuesday post is simple: 10 places where I love to read and I'm going to have to get creative because I feel like I only have a few spots.
my bed - it's mostly where I read. I get under the covers, surrounded by my dogs, AC on, black out curtains draped down and I'm golden.
on the couch - sometimes, I relocate in the family room and make use of the reclining seat on the end of our couch and I read, wrapped in a blanket. I tend to fall asleep this way though.
on the comfy reading chair in my library/studio - I use this chair more than the couch and it's so comfy. I also fall asleep most of the time on this chair. lol.
on the plane - I read or listen to audiobooks before I conk out during flights. I'm noticing a pattern that whenever I'm sitting, I tend to zonk out. lol.
library - I enjoy browsing titles and touching spines when I'm in a library. I used to enjoy sitting in a quiet corner and getting lost in a book too. But pandemic times calls for me just checking out the book.
outside under the shade on a hammock - this is one of my fondest memories when I was home in the Philippines, specifically in my mother's hometown. I was on a hammock under the shade with my iPad and I lost myself in The Throne of Glass series. best part was everybody pretty much left me alone to read, except when it was time to eat.
desktop computer at work - when I'm done with my primary responsibilities at work, I pull up my Amazon account and take advantage of the Kindle reader on the browser.
in the car - I'm a massive audiobook listener so I always have some audiobook playing in my ears whenever I'm not reading on my e-reader, this is specially when I'm driving.
stairs - sometimes, I sit by the stairs with my dogs, I curl up and read.
anywhere whenever I'm at work - like I mentioned on #8, I always have an audiobook playing whenever I'm not reading on my e-reader.

I love reading in coffeeshops with an iced coffee and pastry beside me. I really need to invest in an ereader.
